摘要
随着企业员工的竞争增加,加之企业改革,员工心理压力不断增大,心理健康问题越来越突出。本文着重分析目前员工的心理状态,指出有效的员工心理管理的意义,并提出了具体的员工心理管理措施。
With the increasing competition and work pressure in enterprise staff and the reform in enterprises, there are growing stress and prominent psychological problems in employees. This article focuses on analysing the current employee's psychological state, points out the significance of effective employee mental management and puts forward concrete measures of psychological management for employees.
