摘要
目的建立测定感冒灵颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,C18色谱柱为岛津(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(20:80:0.5)为流动相,检测波长:244nm,流速:1.0mL·min^-1。结果对乙酰氨基酚在50-200μg·mL^-1浓度范围内与吸收面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为0.79%(n=6)。结论此方法快速准确,重现性良好,适用于感冒灵颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚的定量分析。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of paracetamol in Ganmaoling granules. Methods HPLC method was set up, using Shimadzu C18 column (250 min× 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanolwater-acetic acid (20 : 80 : 0.5), the UV detection wavelength was 244 nm , with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results There was a good linearity between the concentration and absorption area within 50-200 μg ·mL^-1 for paracetamol, (r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 98. 9%, and RSD=0. 79% (n=6). Conclusion The method is rapid, and accurate with good reproducibility for the determination of paracetamol in Ganmaoling granules.
