摘要
目的建立测定感冒灵颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法，C18色谱柱为岛津（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-水-冰醋酸（20：80：0．5）为流动相，检测波长：244nm，流速：1．0mL·min^-1。结果对乙酰氨基酚在50-200μg·mL^-1浓度范围内与吸收面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为98．9％，RSD为0．79％（n=6）。结论此方法快速准确，重现性良好，适用于感冒灵颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚的定量分析。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of paracetamol in Ganmaoling granules. Methods HPLC method was set up, using Shimadzu C18 column （250 min× 4.6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was methanolwater-acetic acid （20 ： 80 ： 0.5）, the UV detection wavelength was 244 nm , with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results There was a good linearity between the concentration and absorption area within 50-200 μg ·mL^-1 for paracetamol, （r=0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 98. 9%, and RSD=0. 79% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is rapid, and accurate with good reproducibility for the determination of paracetamol in Ganmaoling granules.
