Municipal water industry is a traditional business, its development of automation and control technology is slow and can＇ t keep the pace of the other field. The 21 st century is digital, information and networking era, with the rapid development of computer technology, network technology, virtual technology, embedded technology and various advanced control and monitoring technologies, the construction of the modern and comprehensive automation system can contribute the continuous economic and environmental success of the water enterprise.
