摘要
采用PLC或工控机对自动化进行控制,由于设备厂商数据接口和格式各不相同,设备信息不能集中共享,形成了很多"信息孤岛"。MES是将企业的ERP系统和底层的自动化系统集成在一起的中间层管理软件,主要用于对车间的生产、质量、设备等方面进行详细作业计划、实时信息反馈和数据分析。本文根据具体的MES事例,描述了自动化生产数据采集在MES系统中的运用。
PLC or engineering control machine are used to automatization control , the information are single and can not share each other for the different of data interfaces and formats. MES is a middle administer soft which can integrate the ERP system of enterprise with substratum automatization system, it can make particular exercise scheme ,real imformation feedback and data analyse to the manufacture ,quality ,equipment of the workshop. This paper depict the application of collecting automatization production data in the MES system.
