摘要
太子参茎尖培养及快速繁殖技术的研究,成功地解决了繁殖、生根等关键技术。不同发育阶段适宜培养基组成:茎尖培养基MS+NAA0.5mg/kg +BA0.5mg/kg,出苗率86.7%。继代繁殖培养基MS+NAA0.5mg/kg +BA0.5mg/kg和MS+NAA1.0mg/kg +BA0.5mg/kg。生根培养基1/2MS+IAA1.0mg/kg,生根率为76.7%,茎尖组培苗移栽成活率85.2%,定植成活率100%,近3年研究一个简易、快速、实用太子参工厂化育苗生产程序已基本建成。
The experiment has solved basically some key problems of the technology of the clonal propagation and the factory culture seedling of Pseudostellaria heterophylla.Several new media which suited different growth stage have got through the experiment.The medium used for shoot-tip culture is MS+NAA 0.5mg/kg+BA 0.5mg/kg.The planting formation ratio is 86.7%.The media for subculture are MS+NAA0.5mg/kg+BA0.5mg/kg and MS+NAA1.0mg/kg+BA0.5 mg/kg.The medium of growing root is 1/2MS+IAA1.0mg/kg,the ratio of rooting is 76.7%.The concentration of sucrose of every medium is 3%.The living ratio of the transplantation of shoot-tip cultured plantings is 85.2%.The living ratio of the field plantings is 100%.A simple,quick and practical production process of factory culture seedling of Pseudostellaria heterophylla has been successfully established.
