摘要
对10个玉米杂交种进行了萌芽期的抗旱性研究。结果表明:水分胁迫降低了各杂交种发芽率,阻碍了胚根和胚芽的生长,阻碍了种子的吸水速率,降低了种子中贮藏物质的利用效率。试验表明,不同杂交种在抗旱性上存在明显差异,抗旱性强的杂交种在水分胁迫下仍然保持较高的发芽率和贮藏物质的利用效率。
10 pairs of maize hybrids Jingke308, Sidan19, Liaodan565, Jidan261, Jingke25, Jingdan28, Jingke508, Zhengdan958, Jingke516, DH3719 for the embryonic period of drought research. The resuhs showed water stress reduced the arrival of the hybrid germination rate, hindered the growth of seedling and root, hindered the seeds on the suction rate, the lower the seed storage efficiency in the use of substances. Test showed that the hybrid nature of the drought there is a marked difference, drought-hardy hybrids under water stress remained higher germination rate and storage efficiency in the use of substances.
