摘要
目的研究改良低渗膨胀实验(HOS)筛选活精子行单精子卵胞浆内显微注射(ICSI)的效果。方法比较改良HOS和形态学法筛选精子行ICSI后2组患者的受精率、妊娠率。结果改良HOS行ICSI可获得更高的受精率、妊娠率。结论改良HOS较形态学法筛选活精子行ICSI能获得更好的临床结局。
Objective To investigate the outcome of using modified HOS test for the selection viable sperm in patient treated with ICSI. Methods The fertilization and pregnancy rate was compared in two groups： modified HOS group vs morphological group. Results The results in modified HOS group showed a higher fertilization and pregnancy rate. Conclusion . The modified HOS test could get better clinic results compared with morphological selection.
