摘要
ＨＦＣＤ型高频电容损耗角正切标准量具是用于校准和检验各类电容器损耗角正切测量仪表的，提供了可溯源的损耗标准值。本文介绍其设计特点、基本结构及技术特性。
Model HFCD Loss Angle Tangent Standard for High Frequency Capacitor, which provides traceable standard values of loss angle, can be used for the calibration and verification of different kinds of loss angle tangent measuring instruments for capacitors. The design considerations, principal structure and technical features are introduced in this paper.
