摘要
对不同极间介质的耦合电容器的高频电容进行理论分析、计算和实验研究后指出,在结构、固有电感类同的条件下,耦合电容器高频电容随极间介质中非极性介质的比例增加而上升,500kHz时可超过额定值的150%。同时极间介质为膜纸复合的耦合电容器在GB/T4705—92推荐的工作温度范围内高频电容不会低于额定值的80%。
The high frequency capacitance of a coupling capacitor with relation to the different dielectric has beenstudied by theroy analysis, calculation and experiment. Thestudy has shown that the high frequency capacitance increased with the percentage of the non-polarity dielectricwhen the construction and inherent inductance of those coupling capacitors are similarity, then the high frequency capacitance may be higher than 150% of the reted capacitanceon the freqency of 500 kHz. However, when the dielectricof the coupling capacitor is mixed by the paper and film, thehigh frequency capacitance cannot be smaller than 80% ofthe reted capacitance in the recomended rang of the workingtemperature in the GB/T4705-92.
