摘要
在研究小浪底农村水库移民的数量特征、质量特征以及结构特征后,提出提升小浪底农村水库移民人力资本的对策建议,主要包括3个方面的内容,一是要制定人力资本开发战略;二是要多渠道增加人力资本投入;三是要制定针对小浪底农村水库移民的社会保障安置制度。
On the basis of study of quantitative characteristics, qualitative characteristics and structural characteristics of the rural reservoir resettlement in Xiaolangdi, some measures and suggestions for improving human capital of the rural reservoir resettlement in Xiaolangdi were proposed, which include three parts： one is that development strategy of human capital should be made; second, to increase human capital input through many channels; the last is to constitute settlement system of social security of the rural reservoir resettlement in Xiaolangdi.
