摘要
在研究零传动数控滚齿机结构和热变形机理的基础上,运用线性回归法对该齿轮加工机床的两主轴在各个方向上的热变形进行了热态建模,并把模型的补偿结果与试验结果进行了对比;然后结合齿轮加工精度要素,对热态误差模型进行了综合分析,得出了影响齿轮加工精度的三项误差。试验结果表明,该模型与试验具有良好的一致性。最后提出了减小热变形影响加工精度的几种方法。
The thermal fountainhead and the structure of CNC direct-drive hobbing machine were studied. The models of the thermal deformation in every direction of the two principal spindles were constructed, and their compensations were compared with the experiment. Next we had a synthesis analysis of the thermal error model and gave the three errors effect on the machining precision. The result of the experiment indicated that they are very consistent. At last we gave several methods to reduce the thermal deformation to improve the machining precision.
