摘要
针对机床热误差建模技术当中温度布点选取的问题,提出了基于灰色综合关联度进行数控机床热误差建模的关键温度测点选取的新方法。将该方法应用于一台数控车削中心的实验研究,将原有16个温度测点减少至4个。通过同已有方法的比较表明,该方法具有计算简便,判据简易、明晰的优点,能够较大幅度提高所建立模型的鲁棒性。
A new methodology used to solve the problem of the selection of key thermal points of the tool thermal error based on the grey synthetic degree of association was proposed. After calculating CNC machine the degrees of different thermal points with respect to the machine thermal error, selection was made on the rules proposed. The method was applied to the research of a CNC turning center, and finally 4 key thermal points were picked out from 16 candidate points. The compare result indicated that the model constructed by using the key thermal points can significantly improve the robustness, that the calculation process of the methodology is much easier than the existed methods, and that the criterion is simple and clear.
