摘要
目的:探讨紫红獐牙菜(Swertia Punica,SP)对四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠抗氧化功能的影响。方法:建立四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠动物模型,观察SP对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠抗氧化功能的作用,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:SP能提高糖尿病小鼠心、肝、肾组织SOD活性和降低MDA含量,且呈量效关系。结论:SP有显著的抗糖尿病组织过氧化的作用。
Objectlve：To study the protective effect of swertia punica （SP） on mice of alloxan-inducod diabetes. Methods：The model group was established with alloxan-induced diabetes,The model group as treated with SPH. The SOD activity and MDA content were detected. Results：The mice of the model group showed decreseased SOD activity and increased MDA content from heart,llver and kldney,while the mice of the model group treated with 7,14 g/kg SP showed increased SOD activity and decreased MDA content.Condusion：SP can release the oxidative injury in diabetic mice.
