摘要
目的:探讨紫红獐牙菜(Swertia Punica,SP)对四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠抗氧化功能的影响。方法:建立四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠动物模型,观察SP对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠抗氧化功能的作用,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:SP能提高糖尿病小鼠心、肝、肾组织SOD活性和降低MDA含量,且呈量效关系。结论:SP有显著的抗糖尿病组织过氧化的作用。
Objectlve:To study the protective effect of swertia punica (SP) on mice of alloxan-inducod diabetes. Methods:The model group was established with alloxan-induced diabetes,The model group as treated with SPH. The SOD activity and MDA content were detected. Results:The mice of the model group showed decreseased SOD activity and increased MDA content from heart,llver and kldney,while the mice of the model group treated with 7,14 g/kg SP showed increased SOD activity and decreased MDA content.Condusion:SP can release the oxidative injury in diabetic mice.
