摘要
中药剂制镇痛灵25g／kg腹腔注射12d，对正常大鼠和糖尿病大鼠均有降血糖作用。作用机制可能与其促进四氧嘧啶引起的大鼠胰岛β细胞损伤的修复和胰岛素的分泌，增加肝糖元合成，改善耐糖功能有关。
Zhentongling(ZTL)25g/kg injected intraperitioneally for 12 days could decrease blood sugar levels of normal and diabetic rats induced by alloxan. Concentrations of serum insulin and hepatic glycogen were in creased, and function of glucose tolerance improved. Histologic observation showed that ZTL could repair structure of pancreatic inlet β cells injured by alloxan
