摘要
植物病原细菌是寄生在植物上的原核生物,个体微小,繁殖速度快。根据其形态学性状进行分类鉴定较为困难,其检测和鉴定技术不同于常规真菌、病毒的检测和鉴定。综述了植物病原细菌检测技术的基本原理及应用。
Plant pathogenic bacteria are tiny prokaryote with the characteristic of rapid propagation. It is difficuh to classify them just according to the morphology. The principle and application of several techniques to distinguish and identify the pathogenic bacteria were reviewed.
