摘要
本科生在企业完成毕业设计,具有针对性强、能充分利用企业资源和对企业能进一步了解等优势,但同时也存在管理监控不力、选题难易程度不易控制、论文质量不易保证等问题。由此,可以采用加强教育与引导、签订教育管理协议、双导师制、严格选题与过程监控和合理制定实习计划等规划与管理方案来扬长避短。
Graduation projects undertaken in enterprises have their strong points. They are usually highly pertinent to practical problems and the resources of the enterprises can be fully utilized. In addition, students can know a lot about the enterprises. However, problems also exist with this type of graduation projects. The students are hard to supervise and the difficulty of the projects is not easy to control. So the quality of the theses can not be guaranteed. Accordingly, this paper discusses some ways of planning and managing graduation projects in enterprises such as tightening up education and guidance of the students, singing instruction and management agreements, adopting a two-supervisor system, being severe in the selection of a research item, executing process monitoring and drawing up a rational plan for students＇ practice in enterprises.
