摘要
介绍了一种利用Pro/E的参数化技术功能对圆柱齿轮减速器下箱体进行参数化建模的方法,大大提高了圆柱齿轮减速器下箱体的设计效率,缩短开发周期,提高设计质量,具有一定的实用价值。同时使用快速成型机D imensionBST768做出了下箱体的快速原型件,为产品的预评估、有限元分析和生产加工提供了实体模型,符合现代产品设计技术的发展要求。
This paper uses the parameterized function of the Pro/E software to give one way of parameterized modeling for the lower - case of cylindrical gear reducer. It is of some practical value because which improvs the design efficiency of the cylindrical gear reducer lower - case, shortens its develop cycle, betters the design quality. At the same time, this paper gives its rapid prototyping with the use of DimensionBST768 machine,which provides the solid model for the product pre -valuating, FEA and producing. It accords with the requirements of modem product design technology.
