摘要
目的:探讨UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪对不同血尿来源鉴别的临床价值。方法:用Sysmex UF-100尿沉渣分析仪对100例肾性血尿样本和130例非肾性血尿标本进行检测。结果:UF-100尿沉渣分析仪诊断肾性血尿的敏感性为92%,特异性为83.4%;阳性预测值94.8%,阴性预测值100%。结论:UF-100沉渣分析仪是一种快速、灵敏度和特异性较高的鉴别血尿来源的仪器,对血尿来源的鉴别具有重要价值。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical significance of UF-100 urinary sediment analyzer in diagnosis of the origin of hematuria. Methods： Sysmex UF-100 urinary sediment analyzer was used to detect 100 samples of renal hematuria and 130 samples of nonrenal hematuria. Results： The susceptibility of UF-100 urinary sediment analyzer to renal hematuria was 92%, the specificity 83.4%, predictive value of positive test 94. 8%, and predictive value of negative test 100%. Conclusion： UF-100 urinary sediment analyzer is a kind of equipment with high susciptibility and specificity in diagnosis of the origin of hematuria.
