摘要
细胞凋亡在多细胞生物的生长发育过程中起着重要的作用,伴有特异性的形态学改变和DNA的裂解。半胱氨酸蛋白酶家族(caspases)介导的底物蛋白质的裂解是细胞凋亡的一个标志,而caspase-3更是引起细胞凋亡蛋白酶级联反应中的关键蛋白酶,近年来,其在调节细胞周期、牙齿发育等方面的作用越来越受到关注。本文就其分子结构特性、在牙齿发育中的作用作一综述。
Apoptosis plays a central role in the development of all multi - cellular organisms,involving a characteristic set of morphological changes and DNA fragmentation. During this biological process, caspase - mediated cleavage of protein substrates is a hallmark of apoptosis, and caspase - 3 is the key protease for triggering apoptosis protease cascade reaction. Recently, the roles of easpase - 3 in other aspects have been paid more attention, such as in regulating the cell cycle, tooth development etc. This review attempts to concisely summarize the molecular characteristic and the role in the tooth developmet of caspase - 3.
