摘要
用SPF鸡胚从疑似鸽新城疫病鸽群中分离到1株病毒,该病毒株能凝集鸡红细胞,该凝集作用能被抗新城疫病毒阳性血清抑制。分离株经肌肉注射能使鸽发病和死亡,出现与自然发病鸽一致的症状和病变。收集发病鸽的病料再进行鸡胚增殖,又重新分离到此病毒。对该分离株进行理化特性研究,血凝素热稳定指数为10,病毒对氯仿、乙醚、胰蛋白酶、盐酸(pH5.0)敏感,0.1%甲醛溶液能完全灭活病毒。对该分离株进行毒力测定,鸡胚平均死亡时间为70.8h,1日龄雏鸡脑内接种致病指数1.60。结果表明,分离株为中等毒力鸽Ⅰ型副黏病毒。
One strain virus was isolated from dead pigeon by SPF chicken embryos. This strain could agglutinate chicken erythrocytes and the heamagglutination of virus could be inhibited by Newcastle disease virus antiserum. Clinical symptoms and death rate were observed when pigeons were inoculated with the isolated virus, the virus were isolated from the dead pigeon. Haemagglutinin hot-stability index of the isolate was 10 min at 56℃ . It was sensitive to chloroform, ether,hydrogen chloride and trysin. The allantoic fluid was inactivated by 0.1% formalin solution. The mean dead time (MDT) was 70.8 h and the intracerebral pathogenicity (ICPI) was 1.60. The result in this experiment indicated that the isolate was mid-virulent pigeon ND virus.
