摘要
医疗卫生行业因其工作性质所致,非常需要高效实用的压力管理手段来提高员工的身心健康水平和工作绩效。EAP即员工援助计划,作为现代组织压力管理的有效工具,在卫生行业的应用研究还鲜有报道。通过实证研究,找到一种适合于医疗卫生行业的EAP服务模式,对实现员工和组织双赢的目的大有益处。
In accordance with the nature of the work, the medical staffs need a high efficiency and practicality stress management to increase the physical and mental health of them and their work efficiency. EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) is an effective stress management tools for modem organization. BUut we found that there is few reports about EAP application research in the health sector. Through the empirical research, we find that if we could build a suitable EAP model for medical industry, it will work well on the staffs and the organization together.
