摘要
本文提出一种基于序列断层图像的三维重建,任意区域分割和分析测量的新方法。实现了花粉孢子、分子伴侣、病毒、以及头颅等图像的三维重建分析、测量与分割。实验结果表明本技术为生物医学的结构功能研究提供了新的技术手段。
Researches the new techniques of three-dimensional(3D) reconstruction and segmentation, display and analysis on series slices of images including microscopic wide field optical sectioning by the deconvolution method and Cryo-electron microscope slices by electron tomography(ET) and series of computed tomography(CT). Describes 3D reconstruction segmentation display and the analysis results of pollen spore, chaperonin, head, cervical bone, cannon born and carpus. And also puts forward some application of the new technique in the biomedical field.
