摘要
目的:在荔枝果皮中提取和纯化皮肤美白剂、抗氧化剂根皮苷,并进行结构鉴定。方法:新鲜荔枝果皮阴干,用70%乙醇溶液以超声波浸提法提取,提取液经过D101大孔树脂吸附层析、C18小柱固相萃取、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分离、纯化后,采用质谱法(MS)鉴定结构。结果:通过与根皮苷标准品对照,提取物的质谱图与根皮苷标准品的质谱图相符。结论:荔枝果皮中含有根皮苷,采用70%乙醇溶液超声波浸提法可成功从荔枝果皮中提取到根皮苷。
Objective To extract phloridzin, a skin-whitening agent and antioxidant, from litchi peel, and identify the structure after purification. Methods Fresh litchi peel was air-dried, extracted with 70% ethanol solvent in ultrasonic wave. The extract was then purified with D101 macroporous resin adsorption chromatography, C18 solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). And the component purified was identified by mass spectrography (MS). Results Compared with the phloridzin standard, the MS curves of the component coincided with those of phloridzin standard. Conclusion Litchi peel contains phloridzin, which can be extracted with 70% ethanol solvent diffusion in ultrasonic wave.
