摘要
本文运用多元回归模型,利用中国制造业2003-2005年上市公司年报数据,实证研究了企业资本结构对产品市场竞争力的影响,结果表明,企业债务水平的升高对企业产品市场竞争力起正面作用。
Based on Chinese listed companies in the manufacturing sector 2003-2005 Annual Report data. this paper studies the Influence of capital struture to the competitiveness of product market by multiple regression model.The results show that the level of corporate debt plays positive role to the competitiveness of product market.
