蓝玉簪颗粒治疗小鼠慢性支气管炎作用机理的研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:观察蓝玉簪颗粒治疗实验性小鼠慢性支气管炎的作用.方法:60只雌性昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、慢性支气管肺炎氨水(NH3)模型组、蓝玉簪颗粒高、中、低剂量治疗组、复方气管炎片治疗组.除正常对照组外,各组昆明种小鼠在YLS-8A多功能诱咳引喘仪中定时给予氨水雾化吸入,共30 d,诱导慢性支气管炎模型.第31日起,对照组小鼠及NH3模型组动物给予生理盐水灌胃,其余各组给予相应的药物进行治疗,1次/d,共15 d.治疗结束后,检测各组小鼠肺组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平,应用HE染色观察各组小鼠肺组织病理学改变.结果:蓝玉簪颗粒组与慢性支气管肺炎NH3模型组相比,肺匀浆中MDA含量下降,肺匀浆SOD的含量上升,变化程度与用药量呈量效关系;HE染色观察到蓝玉簪颗粒治疗后慢性支气管炎损伤程度改善.结论:蓝玉簪颗粒具有治疗NH3诱导慢性支气管炎的治疗作用,其机理是蓝玉簪颗粒可对抗氧化损伤,增强机体抗氧化酶的活力,调节氧化-抗氧化平衡,从而治疗慢性支气管炎. AIM: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Gentiana veitchiorum particles on chronic bronchitis in mice, METHODS:Sixty female Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group,model group, the high, middle and low dose of Gentiana veitchiorum particle-treatment groups and the Fufang qiguanyan pellets-treatment group, Except the control group, all mice inhaled NH3 with YLS-8A equipment to induce the chronic bronchitis, After 30 days, the treatment groups were administrated( i, g)with corresponding medicine once a day for 15 days respectively, while, the control and model groups received administration of normal saline. The concentrations of SOD and MDA levels in pulmonary tissue homogenate were measured, Pathological changes were observed with HE staining under microscope, RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the contents of MDA in lung homogenate were decreased significantly and the contents of SOD were increased significantly in Gentiana veitchiorum -treatment groups, HE staining showed the alleviation of injury from chronic bronchitis treated with Gentiana veitchiorum particles, CONCLUSION: Gentiana veitchiorum particles exhibit protective effect on NH3-induced bronchitis, The mechanisms involve the roles of Gentiana veitchiorum particles in anti-oxidative damage and regulation of the balance of oxadation-antioxadation.
