摘要
目的研究多肿瘤标记物蛋白芯片检测系统对肿瘤筛选的临床意义,并建立辨别诊断函数,以提高肿瘤诊断的准确率。方法检测对象:体检组1209例;临床确诊良性病变组660例,临床确诊肿瘤组3731例,共5600例。通过检测12种常见肿瘤标志物结果和对临床资料进行回顾性研究,建立肿瘤判别诊断函数,比较12种肿瘤标志物和判别诊断函数对肿瘤诊断的准确率差异。结果①1209例体检者中,128例结果异常,阳性率为10.59%,显著低于肿瘤组(P<0.01)。②12项肿瘤标志物检测结果显示其在体检组的诊断准确率为89.66%,肿瘤患者的诊断准确率为62.77%,灵敏度为66.11%,特异度为48.68%。③肿瘤辨别诊断函数对体检者的诊断准确率为93.7%,对肿瘤患者诊断准确率为75.7%。结论肿瘤标记物蛋白芯片检测系统具有较高灵敏度和特异度,对肿瘤的早期诊断具有重要临床价值。辨别肿瘤的函数可提高肿瘤诊断准确性。
Objective To evaluate the clinical values of C-12 multiple tumor marker protein chip detection system in diagnosis of tumor, and establish the diagnostic function to evaluate the accuracy rate of diagnosis. Methods Totally 5 600 subjects were recruited, including 1 209 physical examiners, 660 benign patients and 3 731 patients of malignant tumors. Their clinical data were retrospectively studied and 12 tumor markers (CA199, NSE, CEA, CA242, CA125, CA153, AFP, Fer, F-PSA, PSA, HGH and β-HCG) were detected by protein chip technology, then the diagnostic function was established to compare the accuracy rate made according to the diagnostic result with 12 tumor markers. Results ①At least one kind of tumor marker was found positive in 128 subjects out of 1 209 physical examiners, with the positive rate of 10.59% that was significantly lower than that of the two tumor groups, ②The accuracy rate in the physical examiners was 89.66% by C-12 multiple tumor marker protein chip detection system, while 62.77% in tumor patients. The sensitivity by this method was 66.11% and the specificity was 48.68%. ③The accuracy rate in physical examiners was 93.7% by the diagnostic function, while 75.7% in tumor patients. Conclusion The combined use of the selected biomarkers in diagnosis has higher sensitivity and specificity, and is of great potential for the early detection of cancer. The diagnostic function can promote the diagnostic accuracy rate of cancers to some extent.
