摘要
建立了纱线张力传感器弹性体的有限元模型,用有限元模态分析法分析了弹性体结构的固有频率与振型。在计算机仿真环境下对弹性体结构进行了改进,提高了弹性体结构的固有频率,使纱线张力传感器的稳定性得以提高。
The finite element model for the elastic solid of the Yarn-tension sensor is built, and the vibrating characteristic of the elastic solid is analyzed Also, the natural frequency and mode of the elastic solid are shown. The elastic solid is optimized in the compute-simulating environment,the results obtained shows that the natural frequency is bigger than before optimizing improve the stability of the Yarn-tension sensor too.
