摘要
通过SolidWorks软件建立应变式全剪切三维加速度传感器弹性体有限元分析模型,用正交试验方法全面分析主要结构参数对弹性体灵敏度和固有频率的影响,达到了优化弹性体结构的目的,提高了传感器动、静态特性。
Finite element model of three-axis full shearing strain acceleration sensor yielding part is built up by Solidworks. and the influence of the main structure parameters on sensitivity and the natural frequency is analyzed by the orthogonal experiment method comprehensively , the goal of optimizing the structure of yielding part is achieved. Static and dynamic performance of the sensor are improved.
