摘要
美国高职教育模式在理念、目标、课程、方法、师资五个方面有着其特征,我国高职教育可借鉴其成功经验,在寻求政府扶持和企业支持的前提下,在培养目标、课程体系、师资结构等方面定位于促进地方经济发展的层面上,形成与地方经济紧密协作而又相互支持的高职教育模式。
America higher vocational education mode has its own characteristics at the following five pans： theoretical view, goal, curriculum, methodology and teachers. Our country can borrow these successful experiences, on the basis of supporting of government and corporation, orient our training aims, curriculum system, teachers＂ structure to promote local economy development, and form our higher vocational education mode, which will cooperate closely with local economy and support with each other.
