维拉帕米和阿苯哒唑联合治疗继发性棘球蚴病小鼠血清细胞因子的改变 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察钙拮抗剂维拉帕米(即异搏定)和阿苯哒唑单独及联合用药治疗继发性棘球蚴病小鼠血清细胞因子的变化,探讨两药协同治疗棘球蚴病的机理。方法建立棘球蚴病小鼠模型,并随机分组:3个异搏定组(剂量分别为30、60和120mg/kg),阿苯达唑组(剂量30mg/kg),异搏定+阿苯达唑组及未治疗对照组。药物经口灌胃。治疗90d后小鼠摘眼球取血,采用放射免疫法检测血清IL-2、IL-10和IgE的含量。结果治疗90d后,各实验组小鼠血清IL-2、IgE含量与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),IL-10含量与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论维拉帕米对小鼠继发性棘球蚴感染有一定的抑制作用,与阿苯哒唑联用对棘球蚴病有协同治疗作用。 Objective To observe the variation of murine secondary hydatid disease (C. E), and discuss the synergitic effect mechanism of verpamil and albendazole. Methods The mice were randomly divided into seven groups: three verpamil groups (dosage: 30 mg/kg, 60 mg/kg and 120 mg/kg), albendazole group (30 mg/kg), verpami & albendazole group, and untreated control group. These drugs were given orally through mouth into stomach, and the mice were taken blood from their eyeballs after 90 days treatment. The contents of IL-2, IL-10 and IgE was detected by RIA. Results The contents of IL-2 and IgE were significant different between experiment groups and control groups(P〈0.05), but the content of IL-10 was similar between them(P〉0.05). Conclusion Verapamil can inhibit the murie secondary cysts of Echinococcus granulosus, and the effect of this drug combined albendazole is better than alone.
