摘要
设计并开发了一种基于TMSLF2407 DSP芯片的断路器状态在线监测与诊断系统。介绍了各主要硬件模块的设计原理和功能。针对国内石墨喷口断路器使用数量逐年增加,而一般测量仪器无法测量它的动作时间及速度特性,通过给断口加入恒定电流激励,记录断路器断口两端的电压变换波形来分析其相关参量的方法,设计了石墨喷口监测单元。详细介绍了时间测量单元、石墨喷口测量单元和上位机专家诊断处理系统的设计原理和要点。运行结果表明:该系统达到了设计规定的性能指标和要求,且运行可靠。
This paper designed and developed an on-line monitoring and diagnosis system for high voltage circuit breaker based on DSP TMSLF2407. Aiming at the increase in the number of graphite break circuit breakers, but general gauges can not measure its movement time and velocity characteristics, this system used the constant-current source to record break bilateral transferred voltage waveform to analyze the relevant parameters, the paper designed the graphite break monitoring module. And focused on the design principles and elements of the time measurement unit, graphite break measurement modules and PC diagnostic expert system software, The operation results show that the system achieves the performances and the demands set in design and it works steadily.
