摘要
提出了一种基于RC积分电路输出多路D/A控制信号的方法。该方法结合了一阶RC积分电路的振荡特性、NPN晶体管开关电路的反相原理及数字信号处理器TMS320F281x脉宽调制模块(PWM)的特性,可通过调节频率固定的矩形波信号的占空比控制稳定输出的模拟信号电平。该输出信号的最大值可由固定恒压源设定,且转换分辨率可调,保证了应用范围的可拓展性。经实际应用验证,该方案简洁实用,且成本低廉,以最低限度占用设计资源,精度可达1%。
A method of multiple D/A control signal transformation based on RC integral circuit was proposed. The method synthesized the vibrating performance of RC circuit, inverting composite element of NPN transistor switch circuit and PWM module of digital signal processor TMS320F281x. The value of analog signal can be adjusted by the change of the duty-cycle of certain frequency rectangular wave stably. The maximum value of signal voltage can be set by a special constant voltage source, and the source transformation resolution factor is adjustable, these prove the expansibility. The application demonstrated the method is compact, cheap and applied, and its precision can reach 1%.
