摘要 抗菌肽LL-37是目前在人体中发现的cathelicidins家族的惟一成员,结构上它不含有半胱氨酸,无链内二硫键,为具有α-螺旋结构的两性分子;生物特性上,它不仅具有广泛的抗菌活性,抗病毒活性,而且具有免疫调节作用——在动脉粥样硬化斑块形成过程中,介导血管平滑肌细胞的凋亡。撰文就LL-37的组织分布、分子结构和生物学特性及其在动脉粥样硬化过程中作用的研究进展予以综述。 Human eathelieidin or human cationic antimierobial protein 18 (hCAP18)/LL-37 is the only cathelicidin member identified in human so far. They are amphipathic molecule with α helical structure without cysteine and intrachain disulfide bond in structure. They also have wide antibacterial activity and antiviral activity and have immunological regulation during atherosclerosis besides mediating vascular smooth muscle cell. This article reviews the distribution, molecular structure, biological feature of LL-37 and its effect on the genesis of atheroselerosis.
