外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病与抗菌肽LL-37及防御素5的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)及复发性VVC(RVVC)患者阴道分泌物中抗菌肽LL-37和防御素5(HD-5)的表达及意义。方法:收集VVC患者31例、RVVC患者27例及对照组30例,应用科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基筛选出白假丝酵母菌感染患者,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定其阴道分泌物中抗菌肽LL-37及HD-5的含量。结果:VVC组LL-37、HD-5水平较对照组均升高,RVVC组LL-37水平较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RVVC组HD-5水平与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);VVC组LL-37、HD-5水平与RVVC组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:抗菌肽LL-37与VVC发病及RVVC反复发作有关;HD-5与VVC发病有关,但与RVVC复发的关系尚不确切。
