摘要 细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK细胞)是由多种细胞因子,如干扰素γ、重组白细胞介素2、抗CD3McAb等诱导而成的对多种肿瘤具有杀伤活性的细胞毒性T细胞,具有高效的非主要组织相容性复合物限制性溶瘤活性,被认为是抗肿瘤过继细胞免疫治疗的新希望。本文综述了CIK细胞的特点、杀瘤机制和临床应用现状。 Cytokine-induced killer cells are cytotoxic T cells against various tumors, which induced by several cytokines such as IFN-γ, rIL-2, CD3McAb and so on. Their highly efficient tumoricidal effects are non-MHC restricted ,which was considered to be hopeful in application for adoptive cellular immunotberapy. This article reviewed the characteristics, mechanisms, research progress and clinical application of CIK cells.
