摘要
目的探讨香菇多糖对淋巴细胞脱氧核糖核酸蛋白体转录活性的影响。方法应用KL型免疫图像分析系统,对体外培养的T细胞核仁组成区相关蛋白(Ag-NORs)进行分析。结果培养液内含香菇多糖的T细胞Ag-NORs含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论香菇多糖能促进T细胞增殖。
Objective To explore the effect of lentinan injection on argyrophilic-nucleolar orgnizer regions （Ag-NORs） of T lymphocyte. Methods The quantity of Ag-NORs of T lymphocytes in vitro was detected by KL immune image manipulation. Results The quantity of Ag-NORs of T lymphocytes cultured with lentinan was higher than that of the controls（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Lentinan can promote the proliferation of T lymphocytes.
