摘要
国电石嘴山第一发电有限公司2台330 MW机组共计6台CHTC5/6SA型电动给水泵自投产以来,机械密封液冷却器曾多次由于堵塞严重而被迫泵组停运。经过对冷却器的结构及冷却水质的分析,查找到造成堵塞的原因。在冷却水质无法改变的客观因素下,经过对冷却器重新设计、制作,成功地解决了困扰泵组安全、稳定运行的重大设备缺陷。
Guodian Shizuishan Power Co., Ltd has two sets of 330 MW unit, as well as 6 CHTCS/6SA electric pumps since put into production. But the operation of these 6 pumps was stopped many times by mechanical seal fluid cooler congestion. After the analysis of the cooler structure and cooling water quality, the cause of the congestion was found. Under the condition that the cooling water quality can not be changed, after the re-design and the re-production of the cooler, this major equipment deficiency can be solved successfully which troubled the pumping system safe and stable operation.
