摘要
利用同异联系势分析法对6个转基因棉花新品系的14个性状进行分析,结果表明:抗19的综合同一度最高,其综合同一度为0.964 9。其顺序依次是:抗19>抗14>抗29>对照>抗28>抗80,其综合同一度值分别为:0.964 9,0.931 4,0.910 5,0.899 2,0.841 3,0.814 0。表明转基因新品系抗19、抗14和抗29在综合性状上优于对照,而抗80的综合同一度最小,综合表现劣于对照。此结果与田间实际表现相一致。
On the basis of similarity-difference connection trend analysis,six cultivars of transgenic cotton with fourteen characters were screened and cultivated. The results indicated that cultivar Kang19 has the highest comprehensive similarity degree in this experiment, its comprehensive similarity degree value was 0. 964 9,and the order cultivars of transgenic cotton showed following sequences: Kang19〉Kang14〉 Kang29〉CK〉Kang28〉Kang80. Their comprehensive similarity degrees were:0.964 9,0. 931 4,0. 910 5, 0. 899 2,0. 841 3,0. 814 0, respectively. It showed that the transgenic new cultivar Kang 19, Kang 14 and Kang 29 were superior to CK in comprehensive characters. The similarity degree of Kang80 was the smallest of all. The results coincided with the characters observed in the field.
