油水井套管的损坏机理和防治对策研究

摘要 随着油田开发时间的不断延长,开发方案的不断调整,由于不同的地质,工程和管理条件,油水井套管技术状况逐渐变差,甚至损坏,使油田不能正常生产,影响了油田的稳产。特别是现在越来越多的采油措施不断应用于生产,如:酸化、压裂、高压注水等,虽然取得了一定的成效,但同时也使套管工作环境恶化,使套管受到的损坏不断增加。因此对套管损坏机理开展研究,并在此基础上搜集不同开发方式的套管损坏预防措施和防治办法,对油田的生产有实践意义。本文通过大量的文献调研,从套管的损坏原因入手,从整体上全面地、系统地进一步认识套管损坏机理并在此基础上找到相应的预防措施和治理办法。 With the progressing of the oil field development and changing of exploring program, due to various geological, engineering and managing condition, the working conditions of oil, gas, and water injection wells gets worse or even damaged. As a result, the wells can not work normally and affects the steady production of oilfield. Extremely since more and more action for strengthening oil recovery were taken such as high pressure water injection, fracturing, mega--acidization, steam injection, the working condition of casings gets more serious though apparent economic goals were achieved, the outer loads on casing are increased continually, so study the mechanism of the casing damage, and in this case find precautions measure for alleviate the casing damage which in various development style. By reading enough documents and papers,, first analysis various causes of casing damage, using mufti --professional and mufti--subjects methods, thoroughly and systematically study the mechanism of casing damage, put forward the mechanical model of casing damage and precautions for alleviate the casing damage.
