南八区浅层浸水域地质特征及成因分析

摘要 南八区N2段套损井最多,注入水沿套损位置窜入地层,形成高压浸水区域,使钻井过程中出现水侵复杂情况。通过对南八区6口水侵新钻井平面位置和深度的分析,结合区块构造特点和以往钻井情况,认为该浸水域的形成时间在2011年之后,入口位置在水侵复杂区域内部的可能性较大,也可能在较远的距离沿附近断层窜入。发现高压浸水域应尽快采取措施,迅速查找并关闭入口,新钻井采取增大套管壁厚、提高套管钢级等方法,避免继续套损。浅层浸水不仅造成钻井复杂事故,也是引起新老井套管损坏的主要因素,应给予足够的重视。 The number of casing damage wells in N2 section of South Eighth District is large,and the injected water breaks into formation along the casing damage channel,forming a high pressure water immersion area,which makes the complex water immersion conditions during the drilling operation.Based on the analysis of the position and depth of the 6 new water immersion wells in the South Eighth District,combined with the structural characteristics and the previous drilling conditions,it is considered that the formation time of water immersion area was after 2011,and the inlet position is more likely to be within the complex water immersion area,or it may be channeled along the nearby faults at a relatively far distance.Measures should be taken to quickly find and close the inlet after detecting the high-pressure immersion waters.For new drilling wells,methods such as increasing the casing wall thickness and improving the steel grade should be adopted to avoid the continued casing damage.Shallow water immersion zone not only causes the complicated drilling accidents,but also is the main factor to cause the casing damage in the new and old wells,which should be paid enough attention.
