摘要
基于相关性能测试标准和JJF1059-1999规范,对整体水源热泵样机制冷量测试结果的不确定度进行分析,建立空气侧和水侧计算数学模型,对A类和B类不确定度进行分别评定,结果表明,机组该次测量的不确定相对值为2%。讨论干球温度、湿球温度、喷嘴直径、压差、大气压力、水温、流量等参数对制冷量测量不确定度的影响,提出对温度测量回路进行一体化标定的建议,为提高试验系统的测试水平提供了参考。
Based on the standards GB/T19409-2003 and JJF1059-1999, uncertainties of the results for cooling capacity measurements on the integral water-source heat pump were analyzed. Calculation models for air-side and water-side tests were established, and A-type and B-type uncertainties were evaluated, respectively. The results of the investigations indicate that the relative uncertainty of this test is 2%. Main factors influencing refrigeration volume measurements, such as the dry-bulb temperature, wet-bulb temperature, nozzle diameter, pressure difference, atmospheric pressure, water temperature, and flow, etc., were discussed. An integral calibration for the temperature measurement channel is recommended, which is helpful for accuracy enhancement of measurements.
