摘要 学习共同体是由不同背景的学习者依据一定的学习愿景组织在一起的,由于学习者的非理性,在不同时期呈现不同的学习状态,如何对不同的状态加以分析,选择合适的指导策略,是引导学习共同体成功的关键,应用博弈论对学习者的学习状态加以分析,找出相应的控制点,提出相应解决策略。 Learning Community is made up of different backgrounds learners based on a vision of learning organizations together. As learners of non-rational, at different times showed different kinds of learning, and how the different state analysis, choose a suitable guidance strategy is to guide the Learning Community the key to success. Application of game theory to study the state of learners to analyse and identify the corresponding control points, to solve the corresponding strategy.
