泛在环境下高职翻转课堂教学模式关键生态因子研究——以《出纳实务》课程为例

摘要 本文在《出纳实务》翻转课堂实践的基础上,从生态学角度去探索泛在环境下高职院校翻转课堂教学模式的关键生态因子,认为关键生态因子有教师因子、学习者因子、教学资源设计因子、教学组织因子、课堂环境布置因子,并进行了具体的因子分析,试图从中寻找解决翻转课堂改革存在问题、提升找翻转课堂实效的途径。 Based on the flipped classroom practice of Cashier Practice,explore the key ecological factors of flipped classroom teaching mode in higher vocational colleges under the ubiquitous environment from the angle of ecology,say that key ecological factors include teacher factors,learner factors,teaching resources design factor,teaching organization factor,classroom environment layout factor,and take a specific factor analysis,trying to find the problems existing in solving the flipped classroom reform,looking for ways to improve the effectiveness of flipping the classroom.
