摘要
文章简要介绍了卡拉胶(Carrageenan)生产的现状,同时对卡拉胶的干燥特性以及流化床技术在卡拉胶干燥中的应用作了介绍,对实际生产具有一定指导意义。
The status quo of carrageenan production, the drying properties of carrageenan and the application of fluidized bed technology in carrageenan drying are introduced in this paper. The results have some guidance significance to the actual production.
