石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定全血中铅 被引量:3

摘要 用作为基体改进剂的含有氧化钯、Triton X-100及硝酸的混合溶液将全血样品稀释10倍,分取部分经稀释后的试液直接进样,按选定的仪器工作条件进行石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定,此方法的检出限(S/N=3)为5.4μg·L^(-1)。应用此方法分析了一级国家标准物质(编号为GBW 09139e及GBW 09140e),测得结果与证书值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.2%~3.2%之间。 The blood sample was diluted 10 times with a mixed solution containing PdCI2, Triton X-100 and HNO3 which was used also as matrix modifier. An aliquot of the diluted sample solution was introduced into the instrument, and its lead content was determined by GF-AAS directly under prescribed working conditions of the instrument. Detection limit (S/N=3) of the method was found to be 5. 4 μg · L^-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of lead in Z CRM's (GBW 09139e and GWB 09140e), giving results in consistency with the certified values, and values of RSD's (n=6) in the range of 1.2%-3. 2%.
