石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定红细胞中的铅

Determination of Lead in Erythrocytes by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 本文旨在为铅中毒寻找更灵敏的实验室参考指标,建立一种红细胞中铅含量的测定方法。运用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和程序优化实验条件建立完整的红细胞中铅的测定方法。测试结果显示红细胞中铅的线性范围在0~100μg/L之间,工作曲线的回归方程为A=0.0033C+0.0028,相关系数为0.9993。该法中铅的检出限为0.75μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.10%~6.27%,样品加标回收率为98%~103%。该法结果准确可靠,其检出限、精密度和准确度符合职业卫生标准制定指南[1]的要求,可用于人体血中铅含量的测定,为临床诊断提供辅助指标。 In order to Search a more sensitive laboratory indicators for lead poisoning,this study establish a method for measuring the lead content in the erythrocytes.Using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and making program optimization of experimental conditions,a complete method for the determination of lead in erythrocytes was established.The results showed that the linear range of erythrocytes lead is 0 to 100μg/L.The regression equation of the working curve is A=0.0033 C+0.0028,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9993.The detection limit of lead in this method was 0.75μg/L,RSD was 1.10%to 6.27%,and the spiked recoveries were between 98%and 103%.The determination method of the lead in erythrocytes is accurate and reliable,as well as its detection limit,precision and accuracy meet the requirements of the guidelines for the development of occupational health standards(1)It can be used for the determination of lead in human body providing an auxiliary index for clinical diagnosis.
