血管因子与银屑病微血管增生的关系

Relation between vascular factors and proliferation of microvessels in psoriatic lesions

摘要 银屑病以角质形成细胞过度增生、炎症细胞浸润、真皮乳头微血管增生及扩张为其主要病理改变。微血管增生异常与银屑病的发生、持续存在及复发有密切关系。影响微血管增生的血管因子从作用机制上分为血管新生促进因子和血管新生抑制因子,二者的平衡是维持血管状态稳定的关键,探究血管因子在微血管增生中的作用将为临床治疗银屑病提供更多线索。 Psoriasis is pathologically characterized by keratinocyte hyperplasia, infiltration of inflammatory cells, proliferation and expansion of dermal microvessels. The abnormality of microvessel proliferation is closely related to the development, persistent presence and recurrence of psoriasis, Vascular factors can be classified as stimulators and inhibitors by action mechanism, and the balance between them is a key to maintain the stability of blood vessels. Exploring the role of vascular factors in microvessel proliferation will provide clues to the treatment of psoriasis.
