螺旋藻多糖对免疫低下小鼠淋巴细胞增殖及促进IFN-γ的诱生作用 被引量:11

The Effect of Spirulina platensis Polysaccharide on Lyphocyte Proliferation and IFN-γ Induction in Immunosuppressive Model Mice

摘要 目的观察螺旋藻多糖对环磷酰胺所致的免疫低下小鼠淋巴细胞增殖作用和细胞因子IFN-γ的影响,探讨其对机体的免疫调节作用。方法选择健康的雄性昆明种小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺制备免疫低下小鼠模型。采用MTT法检测细胞增殖;酶联免疫法测定脾细胞培养上清IFN-γ的浓度。结果用药组小鼠脾细胞、胸腺细胞增殖OD值及小鼠脾细胞培养上清IFN-γ值与模型对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论螺旋藻多糖能够促进小鼠淋巴细胞增殖,并通过诱生IFN-γ而发挥免疫调节作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Spirulina platensis polysaccharide on lymphocyte proliferation and IFN -γ induction in immunosuppressive model mice caused by cyclophosphamide. Methods Healthy male Kunming mice were induced to establish immunosuppressive model by the peritoneal injection of Cyclophosphamide. MTT colorimetry was used to examine the cell proliferation of spleen cell and thymus cell. IFN -γ concentration of cultural supernatant from spleen cell was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with the model group, the lymphocyte proliferation and IFN -γ production were increased significantly in PSP groups (P 〈 0.05,0.01 ). Conclusion Polysaccharide from Spirulina platensis has immune regulative effect by promoting the cell proliferation and IFN -γ induction.
