摘要
血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)与肿瘤的生长及转移相关,在多数肿瘤患者中其血清水平升高。肿瘤行根治性手术切除后常会复发,血清中VEGF及MMP-9在手术后的变化情况是否与之相关,本文就恶性肿瘤患者在手术切除原发肿瘤后血清VEGF及MMP-9水平的动态变化及手术对其可能的影响作一综述。
Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and matrix metalloproteinase -9 （MMP - 9） play important roles in tumor growth, development, and metastasis. Serum VEGF and MMP -9 levels increase in most patients with carcinoma and may change again after curative resection of the tumor.
