摘要
在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,企业开始越来越专注自身擅长的领域,发挥自身的优势,并注重与其他企业的合作,中小企业尤其如此。外包,作为一种能够充分利用企业有限的资源、降低企业成本以及提升企业核心能力的重要战略,已经被企业广泛关注。作为其中一个重要分支——人力资源外包,正以迅猛的势头发展。本文从专业化程度和收益成本两个维度,对中小企业人力资源外包模型进行了分析,认为只要确定企业非战略活动所在的矩阵象限后,就能对各个人力资源外包活动作出是否外包以及确定外包先后顺序的决策。
Enterprises have paid great attention to their specialized fields at present while the competition among each other has become fiercer and fiercer. At this background, lot enterprises have begun to corporate with others, small and medium- sized enterprises are of no exception. Outsourcing, as an important strategy to utilize limited resources within enterprises, reduce costs and enhance the core competency, has attracted the focus of large amount of companies. Human resource outsourcing, a vital branch of outsourcing, has developed rapidly recently. This paper makes an analysis on human resource outsourcing among in small and medium - sized enterprises in view of the degree of specialization and the analysis on cost- benefit. After deep research, we find out that decisions could be made if the non- strategic activities had been ensured within which matrix quadrant.
